Work on custom orders will commence once a specific design brief and 50% deposit payment has been received by The Little Llama.

Please note we reserve the right to refuse a refund of the deposit if design and material costs have already been incurred by The Little Llama after the deposit has been received.

(NOTE: all shop items need full payment on collection or before shipping)

Please ensure to send a proof of EFT payment to: info@thelittlellama.co.za and reference your full name and quote number.

Custom orders will be released once final payment has been received. (Orders cannot be delivered/collected unless full payment has been received.)

 All designs created by The Little Llama remains property of The Little Llama.

The Little Llama has the right to re-use and re-sell the designs at any stage.
