Where is your store based?

The Little Llama is an exclusive online store. We do not have a physical shop.

How does the payment process work?

Once you have added items to the shopping cart you can proceed by clicking on the shopping cart logo on the top right. Review your order and click the CHECKOUT button. Fill out your personal details and payment information and submit your order. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed.

What are the Payment Method Options?

We have two options:

  1. PayFast
  2. EFT
How can I track my order?

A tracking number will be automatically email to you once you have placed your online order. You can follow the link on the email and insert your tacking number. Alternatively, please email info@thelittlellama.co.za.

Am I allowed to return a personalized item?

Due to the personalization of your item, we unfortunately won’t accept returns or exchanges.

How do I contact someone?

Phone calls are always great, but often missed – it is preferred that you please make contact by either emailing info@thelittlellama.co.za or alternatively through our “contact us” page.
